These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of AccQsure’s services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

Company means AccQsure, Inc., a Delaware Corporation. Services means the Company’s AI-powered software platform and related offerings.

2. Services & Restrictions

The Company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use the Services to build competing products.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Customer Data

Customer retains ownership of its data. The Company processes data solely to provide and improve the Services.

5. Support & Availability

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Services may experience planned or unplanned downtime.

6. Privacy

Use of the Services is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services belong exclusively to AccQsure.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees are non-refundable and payable as specified in the applicable Order Form.

9. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Upon termination, access to the Services will cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccQsure shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
